Hello Team Dynamix
Having a terrible time with my Theme customizer changes not being pushed through to the actual site, they
seem to (mostly) update in the live update window, however Saving and Publishing does not push them to the
This includes changes to font sizes.
For example, I can change the logo and menu to be left justified. The preview shows this, I then save it and on the live site only the logo will be set to the left. The menu remains in the middle. In the customiser they are both set to left.
I have reinstalled Dynamix (latest version) and also WordPress latest version. I have removed ALL the plugins from the site.
The only thing I am left with is my PHP version at the hosting company is 5,5 and 7 is recommended….
Please help, losing the will to live

Hello there support
Thanks for the quick response…..I found the problem of course 😉
I had my front page set to a different preset on the page (under skin) once I changed that back to default
things started working as they should
Thanks again, you can close this ticket.

I am having a similar issue with the customizer but my page settings are correct. It is not updating the changes I make and seems buggy… I am going to send screen shots to illustrate. This is an example of what happens when I try to change a skin…
Image #1 shows my page’s skin setting
Image #2 shows the background image I have selected (background source is set to Full Screen Image)
Image #3 shows the skin I am editing…. this is the part that seems buggy because no matter what skin I chose to edit the same settings come up so it’s as if I am not editing the skin that I have selected. I have tried selecting the skin to edit, hitting publish, clearing out my cache, going back to make sure the same skin is selected to edit then going into the body settings and it doesn’t change. I can tell this right away because the same background image is there even though it should be a completely different one or no image at all. For the About page skin, for instance, it should be a bright sunshine image, but it’ll still show a dark floor image or hallway one, depending on which I uploaded last. This has been very frustrating.
Image #4 shows what I see on the About page after saving the background image I uploaded. It actually shows no image at all! This is after I clear out my cache and even check it on a different browser.
Thank you for your time.

Yes, there is a possible issue with the Skins section of the Customizer as one customer reported and we tested.
For now, it is best to wait for the update to the theme to be released since it may not be the best idea to troubleshoot a bug when a major overhaul/update is pending for it.

The update should be released soon as it is now on its final stages of testing.
You can read more about it here: http://acoda.com/forums/topic/dynamix-mayor-update/page/3/
This should be ready in a few days or weeks.
