Hello — I purchased updated support for the new theme. I have a web site that has been updated to version 5.3 from 2.9.2

I need assistance to help get the site looking correctly. Not necessarily the home page slider, but the sidebar layout, fonts and other elements that need fixing from the update.

The previous site is http://library.automationdirect.com and the new testing site is http://librarytest2.automationdirect.com

Please help with this as it is an important project.

    Thank you for your time

    Hi @xzyla

Can you also send your WP login site so I could check on this? Both http://library.automationdirect.com/wp-admin and http://librarytest2.automationdirect.com/wp-admin are not accessible.

    Regards.

My apologies. I forgot this was an (internal) site only to my company for security purposes.

I am having the most trouble with Chrome browser. The sidebar is at the bottom of the page along with other issues.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like in Chrome

    This is Safari (much better)

Is there anything you can direct me to to try to resolve these issues?

    Thank you for your time.

I have spoken with my IT department. I believe they are going to grant temporary login access to you to help us with the issues we are having. I hope to contact you soon with the login credentials.

    Thank you.

Thank you very much for returning my message. It appears the main issue is in Chrome browser on the Mac. My IT department set up up credentials to the admin. Please let me know if you have problems.

Will need to setup host entry for above ip address to librarytest2.automationdirect.com on your system for this to work externally

    Hi @xzyla

I was able to see the wp-login.php page but it looked broken. However, I am seeing an error upon logging in.

I apologize for all of the problems logging in. I was told that they now have removed all limitations on the wp admin. Please try it again.

    Thank you

    Hi @xzyla

Thanks for sorting that out as I am able to login now.

I have checked the site and I do not particularly see an issue that jumps out. Can you please elaborate your issue with the sidebar layout, fonts and others?

Screenshots will definitely help as well.

The major issue is in the Chrome browser on Apple platform as I mentioned before. See screenshots

I am also having issues with font consistency between browsers.

Please compare with live site at http://library.automationdirect.com

    Thank you
