    Hi Andy,
I recently purchased the ePix theme to update my blog (www.julianhaber.com) which I am hosting on GoDaddy with their WordPress Deluxe Hosting package.

When I try to edit or customize the theme all I see are spinning little grey circles in the screen.

As well, it looked like I had to purchase the Visual Composer (which I subsequently did because I thought it might be causing the problem) but upon reading the FAQs it says I don’t have to purchase the license?

    Hi,

Which version of ePix are you using? You may need to update first before updating the Visual Composer plugin. Please see here for how to update the theme. http://themeva.com/docs/epix/theme-installation-updating/

    Hi Julian,

The latest version is 2.1.1. Before activating the theme, it’s worth disabling all current plugins to ensure none of them are conflicting. Once they’re disabled, try re-activating the theme.

If you’re still having issues, please post your FTP and WP login details and I’ll take a look for you.
