    Is it possible to ad my twitter address to all tweets posted from my site?

    For example, if somebody clicks the twitter icon on my home page the tweet reads something like this: 'Home http://www.evotis.co.uk/ @evotisit'

    Thanks

    Phil.

    Hi Phil,

    You'll need to edit DynamiX/lib/inc/twitter.php and find the following line

    jQuery( "#tweet_container" ).append( "<span>" + text + "</span>");

    edit the following with your link .

    jQuery( "#tweet_container" ).append( "<span>" + text + "ADD LINK TEXT HERE</span>");

    Thanks for the reply Andy, but unfortunatly it didn't work!

    This is the code:

    jQuery( "#tweet_container" ).append( "<span>" + text + "@EvotisIT</span>");

    Am I missing something?

    Can you send me a link to your site – I don't understand why that wouldn't work.

    I've upgraded the the 2.8.7 but the Twitter mention problem still exists, any ideas?

    Thanks

    Phil.

    Hi Phil,

    I've tested this on my server and it works fine – are you definitely uploading the file to DynamiX/lib/inc/twitter.php?

    I've cracked this by modifying the DynamiX/lib/inc/social-icons.php file to read

    <li class="social-twitter"><a href="http://twitter.com/share?text=@EvotisIT <?php the_title(); ?>&amp;url=<?php the_permalink() ?>" title="<?php _e('Submit to', 'DynamiX' ); ?>

    Hi Phil,

    My apologies, I misunderstood what you meant – I have been asking you to modify the Twitter Feed.
