Just purchased your “You” theme and want to install the “You Classic” demo content however my shared hosting doesn’t seem to like it. I also tried the manual way and got a message saying the file was to large.

Is there anyway of getting this done ASAP please?

    Kind Regards
    Darren

    Hi Bobby,

You will need to increase your server’s upload_max_filesize and if possible increase your PHP memory as well. What are the current values for both functions on your server?

    Thanks!

Any chance of explaining how I increase the servers upload file size and how I can increase my PHP memory?

    I’m technically handicapped!!!

Please coordinate with your hosting provider to increase your PHP Memory. The theme needs a minimum of 64MB to smoothly work. If you can increase it to around 128MB, it will be best.

Some hosting providers allow this change to be done via php.ini while some limits changes so it will be best to coordinate with your hosting provider on how best to increase your PHP memory.

    Thanks!
