    Hi Andy,

    Everything was fine. I set the last update version of DynamiX and everything is gone. The slider took all the pictures of my media library, the size of the pictures changed the size they are very, very smaller . The color of the background is gone away too, all my videos are gone too!!!….
    I had not save the old one. It is Catastrophic for me I can’t spend all my time for this kind of problem
    I have no idea to remove all that and find all my website.

    The videos inside my sliders are disappear too

    I tried to install the version 2.9.2. It does not work everything is gone …Sliders , Videos,…

    Hi Patrick,

    Where did the rev slider take the images? No one else has experienced this issue before. How did you upgrade? Please reset your browser cache to see if that does anything.

    If resetting your cache doesn’t work, please post your login details and set as private reply. Please make sure you post your details on the forum.

    I really need an answer my website is out of order and I have a client who need to watch it . It’s urgent, if not I am going to loose the client and the contract!

    Hi Patrick,

    I replied to your email yesterday, we’ll bring it back on here now as I’m not always here to respond and Tom can see all details posted here. As mentioned in the email, what was your default skin before the update and re-select a datasource for the home page.

    As my website was out for everything (slider, videos, …) I uploaded again 2.9.2 to find again my website.
    Ok I will remove the 2.9.2.
    My skin as black.
