    Hello,
I used Dynamix for a WP-site and due to the security leak I really have to update it now. I don´t want to update it automatically, because there is a lot of data and plugins, so I installed it on a testing environment first. Now I have the problem, that the frontend isn´t loaded when Visual Composer plugin is activated. If I deactivate it, everything works fine. I already tried to activate the license in the “Product License” tab, but I don´t have a key (I know usually I wouldn´t need it).
Is it possible, that I can´t use it on the two installations, even just for testing?
Do you have an idea how I can solve that problem?

    Best regards, Jessica

    Hi Jessica,

It’s not to do with the license. It sounds like a wordpress memory issue. VC along with other plugins can be quite hungry. See this guide for increasing WordPress memory.
