    Hey! My visual composer is either not loading or not clickable. It’s up-to-date and I’ve uninstalled, deleted, and re-installed it multiple times. Please help!

    Hi i have the same problem. I cannot use vc anymore – the “clock” is just running when he tried to run visual composer. As you can see on my page I just get error messages that something ist not supported anymore:

    Hi,
    I’m having the same problem. Can’t use visual composer. Can’t find it in my plugins either.
    When I check under Troubleshooting guide http://acoda.com/troubleshooting-guide/, it says I can reinstall by clicking Appearance> click ‘install plugins’ but that option doesn’t exist under appearance.

    On my dashboard there’s a message to activate visual composer, but when I follow that link it takes me to a page that says ‘No licence found’

    Thanks for your reply. Today VC is working again, so it must have been something with either a plugin or my server. I’ve had a few issues lately so it’s probably not due to Visual Composer at all.

    Hi @bpfilmer

    I checked your Dashboard and it appears you are using an older version of the theme and Visual Composer.

    To get this fix, kindly update the theme to a newer version (2.3). Once updated, you also need to update Visual Composer (version 4.12) that came along with the theme.

    I have VC 4.11 how can I update to 4.12?

    As mentioned on my previous reply, you first need to update the theme. Please find the instructions in this link: http://themeva.com/docs/epix/theme-installation-updating/

    Once you have the newer version of ePix, you can disable and delete the current Visual Composer you’re using. After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install the new version of Visual Composer.

    I uploaded and activated the plugin following instructions, but I see no theme that I can update. I have ePix version 2.3
    The current Visual Composer is visible in my Dashboard but not in plugins so I can’t disable and delete it.

    I think there is a mix-up on the replies here since a number of people has sent private replies on the ticket which may have caused a confusion since you do not see those replied.
