I have an issue with the way the ‘My Account’ page is displaying on this website: http://novelwines.co.uk/my-account/. It is currently displaying like this:
It is single column and bullet-pointed, looking a little like broken code.
I would prefer a clearer display like so:
Is this possible with the YouTheme? I love every aspect of this theme but it needs to be as functional as possible for customers!
Can you please send over your login credentials so we can personally see the layout issue and check what we can do to fix it?
It looks like the theme’s included CSS for WooCommerce is not getting applied.
Before we proceed on this, can you please update the theme first? Once done and if the issue persists, please send over your site’s FTP login credentials.
We are looking into this and we will get back to you once we have a resolution to this.
Our apologies for the delayed reply.
As confirmed by the developer, there is no custom styling on ‘My Account’ yet, but it should be implemented in future releases.
For now, you can use plugins to help you customize the ‘My Account’ page. One plugin you can try is:
Thanks for getting back to me. While custom styling would be superb, my main issue is that even the default display has been broken into a single column, rather than Woo’s standard 2-column display.
Is there a way to get this to display correctly? I am not looking to restyle the whole page, but simply to display the menu options in a left-hand column/sidebar and the right hand column/body to show the content, so it is in-line with how Woo usually displays the My Account page. For examples, please see the original post’s screenshots (just looking at layout, not the fancy styling the Yi theme has).
Can you help?
The plugin you’ve suggested seems to focus on additions and more aesthetic styling, while my issue is simply the layout!
