    Hello,

I noticed almost immediately after updating WordPress today that I cannot add a background image inside the customize panel. I haven’t installed any plugins in quite some time but I deactivated each anyhow, which didn’t resolve it. I’ve cleared my browser cache (have server caching disabled) and have tried using images previously used (that worked) and still no go.

    Hi,

I have just tested this out with the latest version of WordPress with no issues at all.

If you are still having issues, please set your reply to private and provide your URL/login details so I can take a further look for you.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

Ok, it’s only happening on one page so I’ve created a new default page with no parent. So far no hassle from VC. Will post again if issue recur. Thanks!!

    Hi,

Thank you for coming back to us. Sometimes with WordPress updates, the browsers can cache and throw out funny errors.

    Tom
