    Hi,

Love Dynamix, I have been using for a couple of years and it just keeps getting better. Thanks you.

The one small issue I have with it is featured images in posts. I want to use a featured image as it is used in the related posts at the end of each post. But I just can’t seem to get it so it works how I want. I want the post to have the featured image on the right and the title and text (wrapping around the image) on the left. It would be great if I could get it looking like this: http://chocolateyoga.com.au/cacao/2013/sacred-cacao-reach-for-the-stars/ but this is done with an image shortcode, not a featured image. The closest I can get is this: http://chocolateyoga.com.au/cacao/2013/the-health-benefits-of-cacao/ i.e. the text will not wrap around the image.

The CSS for the title (including the image) and the page text are in different section tags, so not much chance of doing it in the CSS. I guess this will have to be a template / PHP mod, so it would be great if I could get some guidance with this one.

I have tried not showing the featured image in the post and using an image shortcode instead, but the image is then shown twice on the blog page (image shortcode in post excerpt and featured image) see: http://chocolateyoga.com.au/info/moon-phases/ (scroll down a little). Is there any way of doing what I want to do? Another way would be not showing the featured image in the post or the archive, but that seems to defeat the purpose a little. Making the excerpt text only would also work (and how it used to work before a theme update a couple of updates ago).

    Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Shaa.

    Hi Shaa,

As they are two separate elements within the code, I am not sure if this is actually possible to do. I will ask Andy (theme creator) on Monday and get back to you.

    Kind regards,
    Tom

    Hey Tom,

Thanks for the reply. Did you get to speak to Andy? I would super-appreciate some kind of resolution to this problem.

    Thanks,
    Shaa.

    Hi Shaa,

Yes I did. Sorry for the late reply. He said that it will be updated in the next version of the theme which is out soon.

    Tom
