I’ve been using Visual Composer a lot lately on my articles, as I really like the image effects and progress bars etc for reviews. However, I’m noticing that the Yoast SEO plugin is telling me that there are no images on my posts now, when this is untrue – I just used VC to put them in. Is there any way to fix this? And is it actually affecting SEO by using VC? Thanks

    Hi Jason,

The backend of the site uses shortcodes and this is what the SEO plugin sees and thinks there are no images. But on the front end, the images are actually there and the code is SEO friendly and correct.

    Theres no need to worry.

    Kind regards,

Great, thanks for the info Tom!
