    Hi @kimpaffen

    I checked your Dashboard and seems you are still using an older version of Visual Composer.

    Kindly delete the existing Visual Composer then install it again via Display > install Plugins

    Hi @carloshf

    Thanks for elaborating.

    Copy and paste this CSS into Theme Options > Custom CSS. This should stop the sliding animation of the menu items:

    .site-inwrap .dockpanel_type_2 .dock-menu-tabs .dock_menu li.show, .site-inwrap .dockpanel_type_3 .dock-menu-tabs .dock_menu li.show{
        -webkit-animation: none
        animation: none;
    }

    in reply to: Remove Dock Bar

    Hi @dioakt

    Can you please elaborate what is the issue you noticed with the Dock Bar and WPML?

    The Dock Bar can be hidden via CSS. Please send over you site’s URL.

    in reply to: Post and portfolio problem

    Hi @squizzo,

    The issue is because the portfolio is set to use “Float+ Transparent” Header. this is why the header now floats and overlays the post content.

    All you need to do is set the ‘Floating Header’ to ‘Disabled’ which should be in the ‘Layout’ tab which should appear under the post/page editor.

    Currently, it is set to ‘Default’ and if you go to Theme Options > Header, the floating header is set to ‘Float + Transparent”, that is why the Portfolio inherits this setting as it’s set to ‘Default’.

    in reply to: menu dock bar font awesome far-bar light

    Hi @carloshf

    Our apologies for the mix-up.

    The current thickness of the lines on the fa-bar is the thinnest of the current version. If you want to use a thinner version, you will need to purchase a license from Font Awesomes the “Light” variant is part of the Pro Pack. You can read more about it here: https://fontawesome.com/icons/bars?style=light

    One workaround is to use the “-webkit-text-stroke” CSS as it will add a stroke on the bars, making it look thinner but it won’t look good on your site since the background is a gradient not a solid color.

    in reply to: How can I add a shadow to the header?

    Hi @merkmonster

    You can add the shadow on the heade via CSS:

    Copy and paste this CSS into Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    #header{
    -webkit-box-shadow: 0px 10px 30px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.75);
    -moz-box-shadow: 0px 10px 30px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.75);
    box-shadow: 0px 10px 30px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.75);
    }

    If you want to customize the shadow further, you can use https://www.cssmatic.com/box-shadow to generate the CSS for the shadow that you prefer.

    in reply to: Post Grid taking too long to load

    Hi @dannecf

    I tested the homepage again and the grid seems to be loading faster now compared to the first time we tested it.

    The main issue could be the page is just too bloated https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/eJe35l/https://readpublichouse.com/ and the post grid is loading last. The site has a total size of 4.4MB, 3.56MB of which are images.

    The best option is to first optimize the images and scripts loaded on the site as it should help speed up loading of all elements on the site.

    in reply to: WooCommerce price not showing in gallery for last product

    Hi @timhensel

    As I checked, it looks like the layout issue is caused by the inconsistencies of the number of lines each product name occupies. Some occupies one line while some occupies 2, which breaks the spacing and the grid.

    Try to copy and paste this CSS into Theme Options > Custom CSS

    h3.caption-title-small {
    min-height: 35px;
    }
