We are trying to update the theme version of the tittobluni.es website
The case is that when updating the theme to the most recent version the photos of:
They totally disappear and there is no way to organize them as they are right now.
In turn, all subpages of “PRODUCTOS” have a photo carousel which does not load when you update
Can you help us?April 5, 2017 at 3:42 pm #97669
Can you please send over your login credentials so we can personally check on this from our end?

Have you tried updating the theme? There should be no reason why the images will disappear. Please try to update the theme and Visual Composer then we will check the site if the issue does occur.
You can also make a backup of the site before doing the upgrade.

NO images disappear.
Change the placement they have on the web these days.
You can open all the pages of the web and update the theme.
And see the problem once you update it!
(I ask you to update it to see it because you will understand perfectly)
Remember to have the whole web open to see what happens
We have backup of the site you can make the checks that you needApril 8, 2017 at 1:31 pm #97732
I have done the update to the theme and Visual Composer and the images work on the 2 pages you specified.
Please check and confirm from your end.

It works perfectly
But in the mobile the visualization of the images are seen in column of 1 instead of following the “collage” that is mounted for the visualization in pc
Some solution for this?April 9, 2017 at 4:27 pm #97755
The gallery is set to go as 1 column on mobile. If they were laid out just like the desktop site, the images will appear really small and defeats the purpose of the gallery.

Could you have the same mobile display?
Thanx!April 11, 2017 at 2:47 pm #97797
It is possible but this will require a lot of changes to the theme’s codes which we do not support.

¿Would it be possible to change the width of the images to the whole screen of the mobile and not that they are seen in miniature?April 25, 2017 at 4:05 pm #98048
You can add CSS to change the images width. On mobile, images are set to go fullwidth. Can you please elaborate on what you want done so we can check what we can do?

We want the images to look full width as you say!
If you see tittobluni.es from the mobile you will see the problem!April 26, 2017 at 3:38 pm #98076
I have checked and all the pages load as a blank black page. Is the site loading fine from your end? Can you please give us permission to disable all your plugins so we can test if any of them is causing the issue?
