I just bought & installed epix. I was asked to install two plugins for the theme, so I did. Now whenever I try to access my plugins or themes I get this message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_attribute_taxonomies() in /home/content/32/8315932/html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/vendors/plugins/class-vc-vendor-woocommerce.php on line 845. I can’t access the plugins to delete the one that’s causing the issue. My site looks like a disaster: http://www.stephaniekaloiphotography.com/ and I can’t fix it or change the theme to what I had before this. PLEASE help ASAP.

    Hi Stephanie,

It looks like it would be another plugin conflicting with the Visual Composer plugin. You can temporary disable Visual Composer via FTP. Connect to your FTP and locate /wp-content/plugins/js_composer/ and rename it to js_composer_ – this will deactivate it.

If you would prefer me to do this for you, please provide your WP and FTP login details and I’ll resolve it for you.
