Coming from Tersus/Torso I am very familiar with customizing the skin, saving it and setting it as default. I can not get a skin to save to save in ePix! I have even gone as far as deactivating the theme and child theme. Deleted all files and folders, cleared cache and history and re-uploaded and activated the themes. Still Nothing, it won’t save!
Even choosing a premade skin will not save as default skin.
Just wanting to know if anyone else is having the problems I am?

Hours of my life I will not got back but I found it 🙂
For those who may have a problem saving a skin, deactivate your plugins one by one till you find the culprit 😉February 9, 2015 at 2:37 pm #61642
Always the best method 😉
What was the plugin that was causing the issue?February 9, 2015 at 3:52 pm #61669
What was the plugin that was causing the issue?
It’s listed as a link in my post 😉February 9, 2015 at 3:56 pm #61671
Oh wow, I don’t know how I didn’t see that, thanks! 😉February 12, 2015 at 12:39 am #61799
Completely fed up with going back and forth deactivating plugins, I’m about to give up on this theme!
Default skin will not save.February 12, 2015 at 1:07 am #61800
This theme needs updated!
The plugin causing the customizing failure is WooCommerce which I updated today. I can’t move forward with this theme if it is incompatible with WooCommerce.February 12, 2015 at 2:29 pm #61839
Do you mean the “Set Default Skin:” option? I’ve just tested with Woocommerce 2.3.2 and it works fine. You are using ePix 1.4.1 right?February 12, 2015 at 3:43 pm #61846
ePix 1.4.1 although I have ePix child theme 1.o activated, WooCommerce 2.3.2.
When I go to my wordpress dashboard, appearance, customize nothing saves.
I choose the skin to edit, make changes to it and select save. NOTHING! It does not save.
Choose a default skin and it has the same results. NOTHING! It does not save.
When I go to my plugins and deactivate woo it is then I can make changes that actually save and set a default theme that saves.

Seems to be working this evening with the latest WooCommerce update 2.3.3February 13, 2015 at 8:57 am #61878
I’m glad it’s working, I think Woocommerce have released about 3 versions in the last few days, so it may have just been a bug on their end.
