A registered customer is unable to enter his credentials in the woocommerce chekout account section. The issue does not occur with default wordpress theme.
The issue comes from the theme according to wootheme which has installed social login.
Could you please have a look : https://www.picsmyhome.com/checkout/
The issue when I tried to click on “Déjà client ? Cliquez ici pour vous connecter” (ie : which means “already a customer, click here to login).
Thanks a lot in advance

I need to do more testing with this, I can’t see why the theme would be causing that. I’ll test on my servers and provide a solution in the new few days.January 12, 2016 at 10:27 pm #86447
Did you verify the issue ?

It doesn’t look like the password is correct. The user seems fine but it fails on the password.January 14, 2016 at 6:14 pm #86515This reply has been marked as private.January 15, 2016 at 10:32 am #86538
I can confirm it’s not the theme that is causing this. Can you confirm you’ve disabled all plugins, apart from Visual Composer and Woocommerce to see if this has any affect.
If you test on the demo site, it doesn’t behave like this either.January 15, 2016 at 11:12 am #86545
When I switch to default wordpress theme (Twenty Thirteen) it works perfectly.

Could you please determine a fix ?January 18, 2016 at 11:43 am #86592
I want to get to the bottom of this for you, however I can’t replicate this issue with ePix. I’ve tested on both testing servers and the live demo site here: https://acoda.com/epix/photography-e-commerce/
It doesn’t behave like your site. Are you 100% sure that there are no plugins affecting this?
I’ve even updated your version of the theme to the latest version and it still does it.January 18, 2016 at 1:29 pm #86600
It is working know. I do not know if it is due to your update or to the update of Woo theme social login.
Thanks for taking the time to investigate the issue.
