Hi Tom,
There is an issue for WooCommerce Shop page on ePix.
When I choose “Variable product” as Product Type,
annoying line & text appear in attribute section… (see attached pics.)How can I edit remove / or how can I edit this page..???
* The URL is like ::: http://www.example.com/product/product001
But I couldn’t find any pages like “product” which could editable.
And even I don’t know where is appropriate css…November 6, 2014 at 9:29 pm #57792it doesn’t show the text, but when mouse over,
the text ‘Clear selection’ has appear in right bottom (‘in’ outside square line).November 6, 2014 at 9:33 pm #57793here exactly what browser shows…
November 7, 2014 at 11:35 am #57802Hi,
The line underneath is meant to contain the attributes set to the variable product within the WooCommerce page. You can edit each product manually.
If you want to remove the border, you can add in the following CSS to Appearance > Theme Options > Customize > Custom CSS.
table.variations tr { border-width: 0px !important;}
Hope this helps.
TomNovember 8, 2014 at 1:56 pm #57836Thank you so much Tom, for your great support always!
It works perfectly. But it still appears unknown ‘overlapped’ elements + unwanted text..
(Please see the attached pics – I’ve put red circles..)How could I remove them…?
November 10, 2014 at 10:16 am #57859Hi Arotone,
Thank you for the kind words.
When you select a Color in this case, the ‘Clear Selection’ text will appear as this is a standard WooCommerce option when using variable products.
Exactly which browser and version are you using?
Please set your reply to private and provide your URL/login details so I can take a further look for you regarding the line appearing as there is meant to be content within it.
Kind regards,

I have just logged into your site and seen that you are not using the latest version of WordPress. I highly recommend updating WP, ePix and Visual Composer before we test things again.
A new update has been released for ePix which contains the latest version of Visual Composer too.
For more information on updating the theme, please see here.
Once updated, you can update VC by go to Plugins > Deactivate VC > Delete it > Appearance, Install Plugins, click install Visual Composer > You should now have the latest version.
Then reset your browser cache and websites cache (if you have a cache plugin installed).
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
TomNovember 11, 2014 at 9:16 pm #57967Thank you for your great assistance.
I’ve updated WP + VC now.
The issue still there, it would be quite helpful if you could help…
Thank you so much in advance.November 12, 2014 at 11:16 am #57980Hi,
Try resetting your browser cache as the icons are definitely not there on my browser.
I will ask Andy (theme creator) about the WooCommerce Variable Product option. Your site seems to be acting differently to my developer site. I will get back to you soon.
Thank you for your patience.
Kind regards,
TomNovember 12, 2014 at 1:04 pm #57992Hi Tom,

November 13, 2014 at 6:09 pm #58052Hi,
I am not 100% sure what you have done here but I created a test product and the correct drop down appears with the price within it.
I recommend either copying what I have done and also reading through WooCommerce’s documentation here.
Hope this helps.
TomNovember 13, 2014 at 10:06 pm #58068Hi Tom,
Appreciate for your kind response.
I try to duplicate your test product, then I found the exact issue.
When I set them in “same price”, the problem occurred.
(Your test product set in different prices, therefore no problem.)November 14, 2014 at 10:35 am #58083Hi Arotone,
Please can you test this by activating the default WordPress TwentyFourteen theme to see if the same error occurs. If it does, then this is a bug with WooCommerce unfortunately. If it does not occur, we will have a further look into this.
Kind regards,
TomNovember 14, 2014 at 1:14 pm #58094Hi Tom,
